Privacy Policy
Firestruct is operated by R-DEV. This policy explains what information we collect through the Firestruct website, waitlist, support channels, App Store purchase flows, and related product communications.
The Firestruct macOS app is designed around a desktop-local workspace: Firebase project metadata, saved workflows, task logs, credential pointers, and Firebase data exports stay on your machine unless you explicitly send data to a selected Firebase project or share details with support.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact details you submit, including your name, email, company, role, Firebase usage context, and messages you send through forms or support tools. The website uses Firebase Analytics to collect basic technical information such as pages visited, device and browser details, referral source, and approximate usage events. Chatwoot support chat may process the messages and metadata you choose to send in a support conversation.
How We Use Information
We use this information to manage the waitlist, respond to support and sales requests, improve the website and product experience, protect the service from abuse, and send product updates when you have asked to receive them.
Service Providers
We use trusted providers to host the website, process form submissions, measure site usage, provide support chat, and process App Store purchase or restore flows. These providers include Firebase Analytics for website measurement, Chatwoot for support chat, and Apple's StoreKit/App Store services for purchases. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver those services for Firestruct.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer retention period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update, export, or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of non-essential product communications at any time.
