Terms of Use and End User License Agreement
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement govern your use of the Firestruct website, macOS application, waitlist, support resources, preview communications, and related purchases. Firestruct is operated by R-DEV.
Firestruct App License
Subject to these terms, R-DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Firestruct on Apple devices that you own or control. You must use Firestruct only for lawful purposes and only with Firebase projects, databases, storage buckets, user accounts, and other data that you are authorized to access or administer.
Firestruct is an administrative workspace for Firebase. It does not grant you permission to access, modify, export, transfer, or delete any Firebase project or data. You remain responsible for your credentials, permissions, backups, target selection, and review of consequential operations before confirming them.
Use of the Website
You may use the website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its infrastructure, or other users. You must not attempt to access non-public systems or submit malicious content.
Waitlist and Preview Access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, pricing, or feature availability. Preview invitations may be limited, changed, or withdrawn as Firestruct develops.
Product Information
Website copy, screenshots, and roadmap references describe current or planned product direction. We may update, remove, or change features without notice.
Preview Software
Firestruct may be offered as preview, beta, waitlist, or early access software before general availability. Preview builds can contain incomplete modules, disabled commands, limited support coverage, changing interfaces, and feature flags that differ between local emulator testing and production Firebase projects.
You are responsible for choosing suitable Firebase projects, reviewing target labels, keeping backups, and validating changes before using Firestruct with important data. Production writes, deletes, imports, exports, transfers, seed applies, migration actions, deploys, uploads, and push sends may require explicit confirmation, but those safeguards do not replace your own review and operational approval process.
Plans, Purchases, and Subscriptions
Firestruct may provide free read-only functionality, an auto-renewable Monthly Pro subscription, an auto-renewable Yearly Pro subscription, and a one-time, non-consumable Lifetime Pro purchase. Subscription duration, price, taxes where applicable, and included functionality are shown before purchase. The available Pro feature set may vary as Firestruct develops and releases new versions.
Monthly Pro and Yearly Pro provide access to the Pro features available in the applicable version of Firestruct while the subscription is active. Lifetime Pro provides non-recurring access to the applicable Pro features, subject to these terms and product availability. Restore Purchases is available for eligible purchases.
Apple processes purchases, payment, renewals, and subscription management through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless you cancel them through your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings, and refund requests are handled through Apple’s applicable policies.
Intellectual Property
Firestruct names, branding, website content, product screenshots, and related materials belong to R-DEV or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Third-Party Services
Firestruct may link to or interact with third-party services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Apple’s App Store and StoreKit services, Chatwoot, analytics providers, and payment or support platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, quotas, permissions, billing rules, and availability commitments. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies that apply to the third-party services and Firebase projects you use.
Changes and Termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue Firestruct, particular features, preview access, or support resources. We may also update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Firestruct after an update means that you accept the updated terms.
Your license to use Firestruct ends if you breach these terms or if the applicable license or purchase is terminated. Ending use of the app does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through your Apple Account settings.
No Warranties
The website, application, preview materials, and related resources are provided as-is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of data, or suitability for a particular purpose. You should maintain appropriate backups and independently verify changes made to Firebase projects and data.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through the website, app purchase flows, support channels, and related product communications.
